21 Jingo This is another of the Watch books, a tale that shows some of the major frailties of the human condition and the nature of people, countries and war. The story is based around an island that pops out from the sea in between two countries that, of course, lay claim to it. A ridiculous conflict ensues between the two countries and Sam Vimes finds himself being pulled into the troubles and the propaganda, while two unsuspecting regular characters find themselves working on a top secret mission for lord Vetinari.
