Well, ignoring that your sentence makes little sense, it says 90% of native English speakers will not know how to pronounce all those English words. It doesn't say that 90% of native English speakers use those words all the time, or even regularly. Arkansas is one of those words that people mispronounce all the time if they've never heard it spoken before, thinking it sounds like Kansas with a Ah sound at the beginning, instead of like "Arc 'n Saw" - your friendly local lumber mill. :smile: P.S. The only word unfamiliar to me is Foeffer.
Ah, I've seen this before! I'm not sure whether I should be ashamed or proud of the fact that I was able to pronounce all the words correctly - although I had to double check some of them.
I've looked Foeffer up, it doesn't appear in any dictionaries. In fact the only place it seems to appear is in that poem. If anyone else can enlighten me on the meaning and pronunciation of the word Foeffer then I'd really appreciate it. I want to fit it into conversation ASAP.

It is tucked in between Missouri and Louisiana to the north and south, and Oklahoma and Tennessee and Mississippi to the west and east, It is hardly desert, but despite the diamond mine is one of the poorer states, quite hilly and and rocky, it is beautiful, though. Lots of trees and very green, hot as heck in the summer with plenty of tornadoes. If you drive along the backroads you see lots of chickens that are obviously not being raised for their eggs or Sunday dinner if you know what I mean.
